I can also offer strategic advice to landlords on their property portfolios, and the detailed consideration of principal lease terms such as the basis and frequency of rent reviews, terms and conditions for break clauses, Records of Conditions, exclusion of The Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, etc. I can offer advice to both landlords and tenants on their lease liabilities, and on proposed assignments and sub-lettings. 

At the end of leases, I am also able to liase with Building Surveyors regarding the serving/contesting of Schedules of Dilapidations.
