Valuations

I undertake valuations for a wide variety of purposes.

I am a Registered Valuer, and therefore regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I regularly undertake valuations for commercial properties and (some) residential properties for a variety of purposes, including secured lending valuations, formal asset valuations required by pension funds/SIPPS and other financial schemes. I also provide valuations for tax planning purposes.

I can act as a Single Joint Expert to provide Expert Witness reports for matrimonial proceedings.

Finally, I am able to provide informal advice on the value of a property, for example in contemplation of the possible sale/letting or acquisition of a property asset.
